In the case of a date change, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events (see our Refund Policy below).

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Nothing in Common HK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from your attendance at our events or your use of our Site.

5. Conduct and Admission

We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or poses a health or safety risk, without refund.

7. Media and Recordings

By attending an event, you grant us permission to photograph, film, and record you. We own all rights to such media and may use it for promotional purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform our staff on arrival.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, or public health emergencies.
